Connect Gmail for your daily email response brief

Iris will send you, and only you, a daily brief on how fast you reply to email: median reply time over the last 24 hours and 7 days, the replies behind those numbers, and who you corresponded with most.

Sign in as your @capable.com account when Google asks.

What it reads: Gmail headers only (From, To, Cc, Date, Subject and the reply chain). Bodies, snippets and attachments are never fetched. The token is stored on Capable infrastructure; disconnect any time under Google Account > Security > Third-party access.
